1. Introduction

These Creator Terms & Conditions govern your use of Crystal Heart Academy as a course creator, workshop host, or content contributor. By subscribing to a Creator Plan, you agree to these Terms in full. Crystal Heart Academy is operated by Crystal Heart Visions Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. Content Standards

All content must be: original or properly licensed; accurate and delivered in good faith; appropriate for a spiritual/wellbeing audience; respectful of all individuals. Content must not contain medical, legal, financial or clinical advice presented as fact, nor promote external products or services without prior written approval.

3. Prohibited Content

The following result in immediate suspension: predicting death/illness/harm; diagnosing medical or psychological conditions; exploiting vulnerable individuals; fear-based messaging, curses, or guaranteed outcomes; content involving minors inappropriately; hate speech or discrimination; plagiarised or unlicensed materials; anything violating UK law or OFCOM standards.

4. AI Content Moderation

All course content is subject to automated AI moderation before and after publication. Content flagged by the AI system will be placed under review and may be temporarily hidden. Crystal Heart Visions Ltd may remove any content violating these Terms without prior notice. Repeated violations result in permanent suspension. AI moderation decisions may be appealed by emailing info@crystalheartpsychics.com. This moderation is a condition of using the platform.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of original content you create. By publishing, you grant Crystal Heart Visions Ltd a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to display, promote and deliver your content to enrolled students. Crystal Heart Visions Ltd retains full ownership of all platform branding and infrastructure.

6. Platform Commission & Payments

Creator subscription: £19.99/month or £199/year. Course sales subject to platform commission agreed at onboarding. Payouts via Stripe. Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.

7. Suspension & Termination

Crystal Heart Visions Ltd may suspend your account for: Terms violations; repeated AI moderation flags; substantiated complaints; fraudulent activity. On suspension, courses are hidden. Already-enrolled students retain access to purchased content.

8. Student Refunds

Students may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been started. If a course is suspended due to policy violation, enrolled students are refunded automatically. Refund costs from violations are deducted from any outstanding creator balance.

9. Disclaimer

All content is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Creators must include appropriate disclaimers in courses covering specialist topics.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
