Safeguarding & Practitioner Standards

All Crystal Heart® practitioners (hosts, readers, therapists, facilitators, presenters) must adhere to the following standards as a condition of using the platform:

• 1Practitioners are prohibited from using a person's distress, vulnerability, or fear to pressure them into purchasing additional services.
• 2Practitioners must not predict death, illness, infidelity, or outcomes involving children.
• 3Practitioners must not diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
• 4Practitioners must not use fear-based messaging, curses, dark forces, or supernatural threat narratives.
• 5Practitioners must not guarantee specific outcomes from readings or sessions.
• 6Psychic and mediumship readings are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.
• 7Therapists, coaches, and counsellors must not claim to diagnose or treat mental health conditions without recognised clinical qualifications.
• 8All practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications relevant to their service (e.g., Reiki certification, counselling credentials, tarot certification, CBT, NLP, professional body membership).

Caroline personally vets and approves every practitioner before they join the platform.

• Users can report a practitioner or raise a safeguarding concern through the platform.
• All complaints are reviewed by Caroline directly.
• Practitioners found in breach of these standards may have their access suspended or revoked.
