Once course access has been granted and digital content has been accessed, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law (including your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

If you have purchased a course but have not yet accessed any content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@crystalheartpsychics.com.

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where content has been accessed.

Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights.

By registering on Crystal Heart® Academy, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian if a specific course has been made available to younger users.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login details. You must not share your account with any other person.

You agree to notify us immediately at info@crystalheartpsychics.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to:

• Withdraw courses from the platform with reasonable notice where possible

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
